Whats included in the rental price?Everything you need. The price includes VAT, comprehensive insurance, a free additional driver and premium breakdown cover. We also offer some great risk and protection products - please ask for further details.

What is the usual rental period?For a mid week rental day the rental period is for 24 hours. You can collect the vehicle from 08:15am - 09:30AM in the morning and the vehicle must be returned at 08:00AM the following day. Weekend rental periods start from a Sat morning (collections between 08:00-09:30) and run through until Monday morning at 08:00AM.

How does the fuel work?All our vehicles come with a full tank of fuel and to avoid any surcharge we ask you return the vehicle fully fuelled.

Do you have overnight parking?Yes, we have free customer parking, on site, and with full CCTV coverage.

Can we travel abroad?Yes, but only with prior arrangement. Most of our vehicles can be added to our European cover plan, please ask for more details.

Where can I find vehicle measurements?All the measurements for our vans are detailed on our van pricing page, click here to be taken there.

Are there any age restrictions?Drivers must be between 25 and 75 for our standard terms and conditions. We can offer packages outside of these age's so please give us a call and we can tailor a package for you.

What if I have penalty points?Drivers can not have in excess of 6 penalty points, and must never have been disqualified from driving. If your unsure about previous convictions please just speak to a member of our team and we will assist you wherever possible.

Is there a security deposit?Our standard excess and security deposit is £1,000 but you can reduce this to only £200 for an additional payment of just £9.99 per day. We also offer some additional great protection products to protect you from windscreen and tyre damage - please ask for further details.

What ID do I need?When you collect the vehicle, we need to see two forms of address, which should be your photo driving licence and a recent bank statement or utility bill (within 3 months).

Is there a DVLA check code to bring?Yes, paper counter parts are no longer legally valid, so the driver/s must visit the DVLA website and obtain a check code, which you must bring with you when you collect the vehicle.
