You will need to be an advanced and highly experienced Level 3 or Level 4 qualified technician and have at least 10+ years’ experience of being a highly skilled diagnostic vehicle technician.

This role offers weekday working only, with no weekends or bank holiday working.

We will also fund and support your Electric Vehicle Training and Qualification in addition to providing MOT testing qualifications.

 

Job Overview - Advanced Level 3 or 4 Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 or Level 4 diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be passionate about delivering high-quality service. As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every task.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth diagnostics and fault finding of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.

• Undertake complex repairs across a wide range of disciplines including wet belts, cam belts, engine replacements, gearboxes and emission systems.

• Provide support and expertise to colleagues in complex diagnostics and repairs.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles for tracking purposes.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

 

Skills

• Advanced Level 3 or Level 4 qualified technician

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems within vehicles.

• Experienced in vehicle diagnostics

• Experienced in Vans and Car servicing and repairs

• Excellent problem solving and advanced diagnostics skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.

• MOT Tester Qualified ( Preferable but not a must as we can support training)

• Valid driver's license

 

Hours: Monday to Friday only. 08:00 to 17:00

MOT TESTER

You will need to be an experienced MOT Tester with a minimum of three years’ experience of class 4 and 7 MOT’s.

This role offers weekday working only, with no weekends or bank holiday working.

We will also fund and support your Electric Vehicle Training and Qualification in addition to providing MOT testing qualifications.

 

Job Overview  
We are seeking a qualified and practicing class 4 MOT tester, with a minimum of 3 years testing experience. Whilst the role will primarily be conducting MOT tests, there will also be some requirement for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every task, and in ensuring we always exceed the DVSA testing standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines

· Accurately recording test results and completing all relevant documentation

· Identifying and reporting any additional repair work required

· Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain productivity and quality standards

· Ensuring all equipment is maintained and calibrated in line with regulations

· Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times

 

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

· A fully qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT Testing Licence

· Experienced within a busy workshop environment

· Thorough, methodical and committed to high standards of workmanship

· IT literate and confident using workshop systems

· A strong team player with good communication skills

· In possession of a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points

and deadlines while getting the job done correctly

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + OTE earnings depending on experience, including bonus, plus free gym membership, employee discounts, company pension and many other great perks.
